Nobles C. Darby IV is a former athlete turned faith-driven leader whose calling reaches the highest levels of professional sports and corporate spaces. While his childhood pursuit was the NFL, his path shifted to serving it—now impacting the NFL, NBA, and G League as Chaplain for the Cleveland Browns and Co-Chaplain for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Cleveland Charge.

As a sought-after speaker, Nobles delivers inspiring, purpose-centered messages that challenge leaders and teams to align passion with purpose. A Cleveland native and former three-sport athlete, he is deeply committed to empowering coaches, athletes, youth and leaders to walk boldly in God’s divine will.

He also serves as Metro Cleveland Director for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes where his passions for sports and ministry align.
